Registration for Spring 2007 West County CYC Junior Golf will begin Janurary 1st, 2007. The program is open to Ascension parishioners (boys and girls) from 2nd - 8th grades. It will run from about Mid-March to Late-May.

Coaches Needed
During registration you will have the opportunity to volunteer to coach. We need a coach for each team. Coaching involves:

Attending 1 golf meeting on golf etiquette and the rules of golf

Disseminating information to the members of the team

Taking golfers to the matches (if needed)

Coordinating and attending golf practices

Making sure golf course etiquette is adhered to during play

Ensuring that score cards are turned in after match play

Making sure the golfers enjoy themselves while learning the game

You must also meet Ascension coach requirements by taking Protecting God's Children and submitting a background check.
